We present the webpage of agency Mirakul Adria with seat in Tisno, Island of Murter. 

2002. was the firm Mirakul established with the goal of offering real estates for sale to foreign clients. 

With years and increase of workload the firm starts offering underfloor heating and offers more real estate to foreign buyers. In continuation, the firm makes a seperation of underfloor heating and real estates. 
Thus was the firm Mirakul Adria d.o.o. created. 

Agency Mirakul Adria is a member of CCE - Croatian Chamber of Economy and holds a certificate of Ministry of Economy that it meets the requirements for mediation in real estate merket. The agency employs multiple certified real estate agent with passed professional  examination for real estate mediation. 

The Agency primary operates in mediation in cases buying and selling real estates, also provides other services related to real estate operations (eg. counseling and representation of foreign investors, etc.) in Dalmatia, with an emphasis on the Sibenik-Knin County.

The agency operates according the croatian law of real estate mediation and the general terms and conditions. Also, the agency is a co-signatory of the reale state ethic codex for real estate mediation.
